🔄 Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of arrival will be refunded the retained deposit less a $75.00 cancellation fee
- No-shows: full stay charged
- No exceptions; as this policy is the same for every guest and is strictly enforced. By booking this reservation online or over the telephone the guest(s) understands and agrees with the terms of said cancellation policy as stated by the Tides Motel.

Where exactly is Tides Motel located?
We're at 95 Ashworth Ave, Hampton Beach, NH 03842 — one block from the Atlantic Ocean and two blocks from the Casino Ballroom. Hampton Beach's main strip, boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions are all within easy walking distance.
Is parking included?
King Bed and Two Queen Bed rooms include one complimentary on-site parking space. The Economy Single Queen room does not include parking — street parking and public lots are available nearby. Please register your vehicle at check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded the retained deposit less a $75.00 cancellation fee. No-shows are charged for the full stay. This policy is the same for every guest and is strictly enforced.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not permitted on the property. Service animals are welcome with appropriate documentation.
Is Tides Motel close to Hampton Beach?
Yes — we are one block from Hampton Beach. You can walk to the sand, boardwalk, and ocean in under two minutes from your room. The Casino Ballroom is two blocks away. Free Wednesday night fireworks and nightly Seashell Stage concerts are all within easy walking distance.

What is the smoking policy?
All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A $250 fee applies for any violation of the non-smoking policy.
